We believe all of us can influence political processes and contribute to their better quality. We want to see positive changes in the field of violence against women and respect for women’s human rights. Therefore, we comment on various materials of legislative and nonlegislative nature (laws, action plans), we negotiate with politicians and hold meetings and roundatabels with them and other relevant stakeholders, and we organize public protests and petitions. Apart from that, we contribute to the work of various governmental advisory bodies working in the field of violence against women, human rights and equality and anti-discrimination. We do so on both regional and national levels.
Our advocacy activities have contributed to better quality of a number of laws, strategic political documents and to the establishment of institutional mechanisms for protection of women’s human rights.
